MANUAL THERAPY

Massage Therapy of St. George

Ryan Osguthorpe, LMT

I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2014. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in both spa and medical settings, providing thousands of sessions and helping a wide range of clients. My ongoing passion is to learn new and effective modalities that address chronic pain and unresolved conditions. This pursuit has led me to advanced studies in Osteopathic Manual Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

My mission is to create personalized, results-driven treatments that meet your unique needs and goals. Each session begins with listening — understanding what your body is communicating and what you’re experiencing. Together, we work to align your mind and body, helping you experience greater balance, function, and quality of life.

Whole Body Health

Osteopathic Manual Therapy uses a broader scope of manual therapy techniques to achieve whole-body healing. Addressing the root cause of dysfunction and not just the symptoms.

Eliminate Pain

Our approach to treatment is based on the philosophy that all the body’s systems are interconnected and treatment needs to consider and address them all to be successful in eliminating pain.

Improve Circulation

Lymphatic drainage is used to promote normal circulation in the muscles, tissues, and organs directly beneath the surface area being treated.

Natural Healing
Visceral Manipulation

Evaluation and treatment of the cause of chronic pain or inflammation by working on the fascial system of the viscera to integrate the whole body.

Tissue Healing

Help improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface in both muscles and connective tissue.

Sports Injury

Utilize massage therapy to help you heal from a sport related injury where we focus on the problem area to ensure its best road to recovery.
